Acceptable Use Policy

1. Eligibility

The Service may be used by those who have entered into an agreement and comply with the law. You are responsible for ensuring your links and content do not infringe the rights of others or applicable law.

2. Prohibited content

You may not create links or QR codes pointing to material that:

• violates the law or facilitates illegal activity;
• incites hatred or discrimination based on race, sex, ethnicity, religion, orientation, disability, etc.;
• exploits minors;
• contains threats, incitement to violence or graphic cruelty;
• is non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII);
• promotes self-harm or terrorism;
• spreads dangerous misinformation.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• distribute malware, viruses, phishing or fraud;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• deceive security systems or evade blocking;
• cloak the final destination to mislead users;
• disclose people's private data without consent (doxxing);
• bully, harass or run coordinated attacks;
• impersonate other people or organizations;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• facilitate the sale of prohibited goods or services.

4. Enforcement

For violations we may restrict account access, remove or block links, and suspend or terminate accounts. We act at our discretion, including in cases not explicitly listed but contrary to the spirit of this Policy.

5. Reporting and appeals

Report a malicious link on the “Report a link” page (/report). If you believe action was taken in error, contact support@hizmatrason.tj and we will review it.
