Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and changes

We may change these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on the website. By continuing to use the Service you accept the updated Terms.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not share access with others.

3. Plans and payment

• Paid plans are billed in somoni (TJS) for the chosen period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Applicable taxes and fees are extra. Non-payment may suspend access to paid features.

4. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. Reverse engineering, copying, automated scraping, and using the Service to build a competing product are prohibited.

5. Your content and links

You keep the rights to your content and destination URLs and are fully responsible for them. You grant us the right to process and display them as needed to operate the Service. Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, its code, design and trademarks belong to the Company, except for your content.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for lost profits, data loss or indirect damages. The Company's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms or the law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Tajikistan. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the city of Dushanbe, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
