Code of Conduct

This Code sets out the ethical principles of Khizmatrasonii Nav LLC, Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan and applies to the Company's employees, contractors and partners.
1. Compliance with laws
We comply with applicable law and require the same of everyone acting on the Company's behalf.
2. Integrity and anti-corruption
We do not tolerate bribery, corruption or unfair practices; we act transparently and honestly.
3. Human rights and equal opportunity
- Discrimination based on protected characteristics is not allowed.
- Zero tolerance for physical, verbal, sexual and psychological abuse.
- We support inclusion and prohibit forced labor and exploitation.
- Retaliation against good-faith reporters is prohibited.
4. Safe work environment
We provide safe working conditions and comply with health and safety rules.
5. Trust and safety
We build technology responsibly, balancing innovation, our values and the law, and protect users from abuse.
6. Confidentiality and data protection
We apply industry practices to protect employee and customer data and follow our Privacy Policy.
7. Conflicts of interest
We avoid conflicts of interest and do not use non-public information for personal gain.
8. Reporting violations
Violations may be reported confidentially to support@hizmatrason.tj. We do not tolerate retaliation against reporters.
